The preschool children at Kids@BT9 celebrated Guy Fawkes by exploring sparklers. The morning began with a circle time discussion were the children spoke about the celebration of Guy Fawkes. Followed by talking about traditions of fireworks, bonfires and sparklers. 

Children discussed how to keep safe through personal space, holding tight to the carrot, and placing the sparkler in the bucket of water once finished. The children enjoyed making large circles in the air and watching the sparks fly. All the children got stuck in and gave it ago, some having more than one turn.
