Christmas Nativity and Party Season
It is that magical time of year, and the children have been busy acting, singing and dancing their hearts out! The Christmas nativities and parties have been an absolute joy! For many of our children, this is their first ever Christmas nativity so it has therefore been a Christmas to remember! The staff at Kids@BT9, Little Gems, First Steps, Greendale and Clearly Kids have all been making the most of the festive feeling. From loud costumes, elaborate songs and questionable dances, it has surely been a magical Christmas time! Kids@BT9 – Nativity
It has been a busy December at Kids@BT9, but Christmas is just around the corner (and we can’t wait!) We have all been working super hard to perfect our Nativity Play for our parents, learning our songs and dances to perfection. We even had a special visit from the Christmas Donkey who helped us to learn who had been Nice and who had been Naughty (looking at you, parents…) It was a wonderful show, with festive fun filling the rooms at Kids@BT9, surely a day to remember!
Clearly Kids – Christmas Party and Santa Visit
On Wednesday the 20th of December, Clearly Kids had their annual Christmas party! It was a smashing afternoon, filled with festive treats, arts and crafts and one big surprise… SANTA!! Santa took time out of his super busy schedule to come and visit Clearly Kids! He had his own grotto and sacks full of toys and gifts for all the children (and some shortbread snacks were left for the parents too!) It was an incredible afternoon! All the staff pulled together to make this an extra special Christmas Celebration, Joanne baked over 600 shortbread biscuits, as well as the team’s chocolate sleighs! Clearly Kids definitely looked the part, surely a winter wonderland to remember!
Greendale – Nativity and Party
This year at Greendale, the children hosted a big Christmas show and Nativity! After much rehearsing, singing and dressing up, the children preformed their hearts out and we had a brilliant show! It was so much fun, and everybody had a fantastic time! For some of our children, this was their first Nativity show! To celebrate this, we had a big Christmas Party after! We had all sorts of winter treats and festive foods, if only every day could be Christmas!
Little Gems – Nativity
We’ve had a busy December at Little Gems Preschool! We’ve been preparing our Christmas play, ‘The Fairytale Land Nativity Show’ to perform for our parents. We have all been learning new songs, practising our parts, and working together as a team to put on a spectacular Nativity for our Mums and Dads! We’ve learned so much and had such a fun time standing on the stage in front of a real live audience! There was even a special visit from one of Santa’s helpers who joined us on the day of our play! Everyone did their very best, and a wonderful time was had by all! We’ve also been on a special visit to Santa’s farm! We bundled up, put our wellies on, and enjoyed exploring the farm, meeting the animals, and especially visiting Santa! From all of us at Little Gems Preschool, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
First Steps – Christmas Party
The 19th December 2017 was a great day in First Steps Junior Academy. It began with Senior Academy’s Christmas presentation. The Boys and Girls could not wait to perform ‘The Christmas Alphabet’ for their mummies, daddies, grannies, grandad’s, aunts, Uncles and even little brothers. What great singers we have in Senior Academy, everyone gave the children a great big round of applause they done such a great job. Next it was the turn of family members, their job was to answer some questions relating to the ‘Christmas Story’ and if they got it right they were able to choose a prize. The morning was rounded off with a good old game of musical chairs. What a great morning everyone had.
Later in the day we all had our Christmas party, with lots of party games and yummy party treats. Well, you will never guess who came to our Party?? Santa’s helper Mrs Elf. She gave all of the children a present and a Candy Cane. What a great way to end a fantastic Day at First Steps Junior Academy.
