Greendale

Greendale Day Nursery in Newtownabbey has been operating for almost 20 years and became part of Clear Day Nurseries in 2007. It is a busy and friendly nursery and is spread over three buildings on one site, providing lots of space for play and adventure. The large secure front garden is divided into separate areas for children to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities. The rear outdoor play area is particularly suited for riding trikes and playing ball games, especially football!

Age appropriate childcare that’s fun

We welcome children from 3 months to school age. Each room provides age-appropriate, stimulating activities to suit the children’s individual needs.

To encourage long term confidence and early learning, we provide a funded nursery school on site.

Regular Visitors at Greendale

Teddy Tots and Monkeynastics visit the nursery regularly, providing diversity alongside physical and educational development in different age groups. Both of these extra activities have proven to be very popular with all of the children!

During holiday periods, we offer full-day care for our school children. We run a summer scheme in July and August over five weeks.

We currently have 24 PEAG places for pre-school. Our last ETI inspection gave us a ‘Good’ rating.
